SHIPPING DELAY  🚚

Shipping delay is 2 weeks or less. The time needed to make your orders.

During busy periods (new collection, Christmas, Mother's Day etc.), the shipping delay is 3 weeks or less, without notice.

 

 

Canada: Shipping with Dicom or Canada post

 

Flat rate: 2-5 business days (tracking number)

Standard: 3-8 business days (no tracking number)

Free shipping: 2- 5 business days (tracking number)

Trackable delivery: 2-3 business days (by Canada Post, be sure to have a package that has a tracking number).

 

 

United states : Shipping with Canada Post

Standard: 14 business days (tracking number)

Express: 8- 10 business days (tracking number)

 

International: Canada post

Standard: 14- 20 business days (tracking number)

Please note that the delay of production for your orders is 1 day to 2 weeks. The clothes are handmade and created in Québec. The time frame can increase to 3 weeks in busy periods such as Christmas, back to school, during July. Thank you for your understanding.

Check the box for this purpose before check-out. The customer agrees to pick up their order at St-Rosaire workshop when they receive a notification that their order is ready. Instructions will be given by email.
